Job Description What You'll Be Doing: Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care , following blend sheet instructions. Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail . Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner , helping build long-term relationships. Support daily operations , including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service. Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season. Work with a variety of crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa . Qualifications What We're Looking For: A strong work ethic and willingness to put in long hours during the busy season .
