Job Title: Certified Special Education Teacher Location: Rimrock Arizona 86335 Schedule: Flexible Emoticare is looking for a Certified Special Education Teacher to join our compassionate team supporting youth in a behavioral health and therapeutic educational setting. About the Role In this role, you’ll support youth with emotional, behavioral, and academic needs through IEP-driven services within a therapeutic residential program. Work may include collaboration, consultation, documentation, and occasional direct instructional support. Services may be provided virtually or in a hybrid capacity. You’ll work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on helping students grow academically, emotionally, and behaviorally. What We’re Looking For Valid Special Education Teaching Certification Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred in Special Education, Education, or Behavioral Health) Experience supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs preferred Strong understanding of IEPs, accommodations, and behavioral interventions Experience in therapeutic, residential, or alternative education settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Position Highlights Part-time / Contract role Flexible scheduling Virtual or hybrid options available Small, meaningful caseload Immediate opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
