Shipping Processor
LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Processor for a full-time, 2nd shift position. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills and experience using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager systems
- Prepare labels, documentation, and packing slips for outbound orders
- Verify order accuracy and inspect packages before shipment
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate shipping records and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime on Saturdays when needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
