Personal Lines Insurance CSR/Agent

Our GreatFlorida Insurance agency is looking for the next great team member to utilize their skill sets to meet the needs of our clients, exceed their expectations and grow as an insurance professional to propel our agency forward. 46 years in business, our agency looks out for the best interest of our clients by offering sound advice and helping our clients to find the best coverage at the best price. Responsibilities:

Client customer service
Assist producers
Policy quoting and binding
Monitor company books of business
Accurately utilize and maintain the AMS

Qualifications:

Active 440, 20-44 or 220 Florida insurance license
Minimum of two years’ experience in an insurance agency
Positive attitude
Teamwork minded
Maintain a professional attire and demeanor

Benefits:

Hourly wages beginning at $18 / hour
Full pay during training
Health Insurance
Paid holidays
Up to 15 days PTO
Bonuses and/or commissions
Compensation for securing additional licenses
40 hour work week, M-F, 8:30-5
Work from one location, no travel required
