Ventura, CA | BMI-PacWest, Inc. $80,000 - $150,000 annually | 40+ hours weekly Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Are you a driven B2B Sales Professional who loves winning new business and building lasting customer relationships?

BMI-PacWest is growing rapidly in Ventura County and is looking for a Commercial Sales Professional to take ownership of a local territory and drive new business with commercial and industrial customers.

 

No HVAC experience? No problem. We'll train you. We're looking for someone with a strong service sales record in the area, business savvy, curiosity, and the ability to show customers the financial value of making a change.

 

What You'll Do

• Prospect, connect with, and win new commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with owners, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through close.
• Develop consultative solutions that help customers reduce risk, control costs, and improve building comfort and air quality.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently generate new appointments.
• Travel throughout Ventura County and visit customer facilities as needed.

What You Bring

• Proven B2B service sales experience - Ventura County experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication, business, and relationship-building skills.
• A competitive, self-motivated approach to sales.
• Ability to sell value and build financially compelling business cases.
• Willingness to learn HVAC and commercial building systems.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Comfortable working independently in an outside-sales environment.
