About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for its current and future portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of commercialized products and preparing future pipeline products for launch in the US. This role involves championing marketing at the corporate level, overseeing market research and analytics, and ensuring the company effectively serves customers and patients with relevant information and services. The Vice President, Marketing will also be accountable for brand strategies, leading a talented marketing team, and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 20 years' experience in US pharmaceutical marketing, and at least 10 years of direct management experience. A proven track record in product launches, clinical knowledge of the lipid field, and strong analytical skills are preferred. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a small company environment and drive consensus across cross-functional teams. The Vice President, Marketing will also be responsible for the annual marketing budget process, tracking market and competitive environments, and partnering with the Vice President, Sales to define commercial strategies.
