ICU / CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) - NightsWe are seeking experienced ICU/CVICU Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity, collaborative critical care team. This role involves working in a combined ICU and cardiovascular ICU setting, providing care to a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative cardiac cases to complex medical and surgical patients.Schedule: 3x12-hour night shiftsDeliver direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationManage critically ill patients, including post-cardiac surgery and vascular intervention casesOperate and monitor advanced life-support equipment and therapiesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standardsCoronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) recoveryValve repair/replacement and vascular proceduresThoracotomy and carotid interventionsAdvanced therapies such as IABP, ECMO, Impella, and induced hypothermiaActive RN license (Compact State or eligibility required)Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience preferredADN required; BSN preferredBLS required; ACLS within 6 months of employmentStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsCompetitive hourly rate based on experience and internal equityNight shift differentialSign-on bonus availableRelocation assistance offeredComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time offOpportunity to work in a high-acuity, technology-driven environmentSupportive and team-oriented cultureExposure to a wide range of critical care cases
