We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight. - 3rd Shift : 6p-4a
- Rotating schedule: M/Tu/W/Sat and Sun/W/Th/F
- Starting pay: $17/hour (higher rates may be available based on experience)
- Overnight shift differential: +$2/hour for hours worked between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM
- Weekend shift differential: +$2/hour
- Differentials do not stack
- Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff

- Managing high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication
- Greeting and assisting emergency and specialty clients
- Supporting front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight
- Maintaining accurate medical and client records
- Collaborating closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors
- Assisting with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital
- Supporting clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
