Critical Facilities Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Critical Facilities Project Manager in Columbus, OH to deliver building automation projects for data centers and essential facility clients.
- Lead project delivery in one of the Midwest's fastest-growing data center markets
- Ensure seamless system integration for mission-critical infrastructure
- Build long-term client partnerships through exceptional project execution
- Grow regional presence and project backlog through successful delivery Responsibilities:
- Manage building automation and controls projects from kickoff through final acceptance
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Coordinate engineering submittals, procurement, and subcontractor activities
- Lead client meetings and maintain regular communication on project status
- Review technical documents including drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation
- Oversee field installation and commissioning activities
- Manage project costs, change orders, and billing processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and code requirements
- Mentor project engineers and support team development Compensation and Logistics:
