Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities Responsible for providing excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff as calls are received Manages the flow of orders held in order maintenance queue according to the assigned schedule Responsible for managing the hold for orders in the pending submissions queue Responds same day to all voicemails, emails, and Teams messages received within working hours the same day Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrative Services Trainer, Administrative Services Assistant Manager, or Administrative Services Manager Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 0-1 years experience in a customer service, clerical, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (AX, Excel, Word, etc) The ability to communicate with co‑workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period Additional Information This role is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm *** this role is fully on‑site We offer a benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, company sponsored life, optional life and disability insurance, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, a 401(k) plus match, Tuition Assistance, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Time Off (PTO), a Dress for your Day dress code and paid holidays.
