Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000+ (Based on Experience & Performance)

Hoyer Construction LLC is a growing residential general contractor based in Rochester, MN. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, garages, pole sheds, decks, roofing, siding, and full home builds .

We are known for handling projects from first meeting through final completion , with a strong focus on quality, communication, and delivering a professional customer experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales / Project Manager who can confidently take projects from initial consultation through completion .

This role is ideal for someone who:

Can run appointments and close work
Understands how to build accurate scopes and estimates
Can manage projects and keep them moving

We are open to candidates who are well-rounded or those who specialize (interiors, exteriors, additions, etc.) and want to grow into a larger role.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners and run project consultations
Build and present estimates and scopes of work
Close projects and maintain client relationships
Manage jobs from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential construction sales and/or project management
Strong knowledge in one or more areas:
- Kitchens / Baths
- Additions / Basements
- Garages / Pole Sheds
- Exterior work (roofing, siding, decks)
Ability to accurately scope and estimate projects
Strong communication and organization
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple jobs
