As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

The impact you can have in this role includes:

• Assisting the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively sharing brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Leading by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Providing coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Executing operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Being knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Supporting associate development, providing coaching feedback, and assisting with scheduling, when needed.
• Sharing ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contributing to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Two years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
