Communications Assistant Keep Information Clear, Connected, and Moving Good communication keeps teams informed, customers engaged, and projects moving in the right direction. We’re looking for a Communications Assistant in Austin, TX to support day-to-day communications and help keep information organized across different projects. You’ll work with internal teams, assist with written materials and updates, and help coordinate communications across a range of activities. It’s a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, writing, organizing information, and learning how professional communications are managed. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and update internal and external communications Help draft emails, announcements, newsletters, and company updates Assist with presentations, documents, and promotional materials Coordinate information between different teams Maintain communication records, contact information, and project details Help organize meetings and communication activities Support social media and other promotional communications when required Research information for communications and marketing projects Follow up with team members to collect outstanding information Proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency Keep digital files and communications resources organized Support the wider communications and marketing team with ongoing projects What We’re Looking For You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, good organization, attention to detail, and confidence using standard office software. Previous experience in communications, marketing, administration, customer service, sales, events, or office support can provide useful transferable skills. We’re looking for someone who can communicate professionally, manage different tasks, work to deadlines, and stay organized when priorities change. Training will be provided on internal systems, processes, and communication requirements.
