We're a well-established Pennsylvania law firm with 80+ years in operation and a strong reputation in personal injury, business, real estate, and estate law. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Intake Coordinator to serve as an initial point of contact for potential clients. This role is responsible for gathering information regarding clients’ legal needs, documenting details accurately, and ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the intake process.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can multitask, prioritize competing needs, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Legal or medical experience is helpful but not required.

Job Details

What You'll Own:

Communicate with potential clients by phone and in writing to gather information regarding their legal needs
Complete client intake and accurately document relevant information
Manage multiple inquiries and tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective clients
Maintain organized and accurate records
Assist with general administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of professional work experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Professional, personable, and comfortable speaking with clients
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Legal or medical experience is a plus, but not required
