If Business Coordinator sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, Responsibilities for Business Coordinator include but are not limited to: Execute product orders for class needs Respond and resolve administrative inquiries and cases Data Entry and class record maintenance Data updates and loading, including daily ticket sales Educator expense approvals Supports full education team, including In-Store, with class record maintenance and facilitation Creation of selling tools, including class flyers Performs other related administrative duties as assigned Candidates for Business Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel/Word Salesforce and SAP skill set would be highly preferred High attention to detail High level of professionalism in an office environment Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) more than 90% of the day Ability to work independently What's in this Business Coordinator position for you?
