Personal Care Assistant
$14 - $19 per hourUniversity Home Care
Join University Home Care Inc as a Personal Care Assistant in Dundee MI where you will provide compassionate support to individuals in need helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day with a competitive pay range of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour paid semi-monthly.
Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager.
Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry cleaning and organizing living spaces.
Support mobility and transfers safely and effectively.
Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an advantage.
Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully.
Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to pass background checks.
