As an Automotive Appointment Coordinator, you help keep the service drive organized by connecting customers to the right appointment at the right time. This role supports marketing efforts and accurate CRM records so customers get a smooth, professional experience. Expect a steady pace, quick handoffs with teammates, and short bursts of focused work between customer conversations. By the end of the day, you'll close out open items and leave clean information for the next shift.
