Overview This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high‑profile Tenant Rep team in the Washington, DC office which has a long and successful track record in DC Metro area. With unlimited earning potential, you will receive comprehensive training in the foundational elements of the industry. Collaborating directly with senior brokers, you will learn the nuances of pursuing, pitching, winning, servicing and closing real estate transactions and working on complex accounts. This role provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the office‑leasing business of a major market while working alongside successful industry professionals. Responsibilities Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, specialty reports and projects, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representation assignments via use of Costar and other industry platforms. Develop and grow knowledge of local market, submarket, tenants, landlords, property, recent transactions, property values, and trends and news in the real estate industry. Engage in business development and prospecting activities (e.g., emails, networking, canvassing, cold‑calling, warm‑calling, relationship‑building, LinkedIn, etc.) to secure new business meetings. Coordinate and accompany clients to property sites for tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms. Collaborate with the Marketing team on producing and enhancing building marketing materials. Provide clients and prospective clients with key information on leasing availability and current market conditions. Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) and synthesize the data to prepare summary reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons. Draft, review and edit (redline) proposals and lease contracts during negotiations. Assist with the preparation of presentations for current clients and new business pitches. Update and maintain Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
