Depending on extended experience, annual salary is negotiable.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, answering questions and resolving concerns with kindness and clarity.

Manage policy renewals, process endorsements, and handle routine changes to existing accounts.

Communicate regularly with insurance carriers to request policy adjustments or clarify coverage terms.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for every client file.

Support the wider office team by providing administrative assistance during peak times.

Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate solutions to ensure our clients are well-protected.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Property and Casualty insurance license in West Virginia or Ohio

Minimum of two years experience working in an insurance agency setting.

Experience with agency management systems.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
