Refrigeration Start-up Technician

CoolSys is seeking a Refrigeration Start-Up Technician to commission and optimize commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems for retail, commercial, and mission-critical customers. In this Engineering & Maintenance role, you’ll perform system start-ups, calibrations, and functional testing; verify controls and sequence of operations; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; and document performance. You’ll collaborate with project engineers and installers, support energy-efficient solutions, and ensure safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction in a hands-on, field-based environment with strong technical training and growth opportunities.
