We are a prosthodontic office providing general dental care, advanced prosthodontic care, implants, cosmetic dental, clear aligners, as well as TMJ and airway obstruction evaluation and apnea appliances. We are looking for a highly organized and personable person to join our team in the front office. Although we are a busy office, it is our desire to always give every patient the best possible experience. It is also our desire that every team member has the most gratifying, fulfilling experience as well.  Duties to include, but not limited to the following:

• Must have exceptional people and phone skills, greet all patients on the phone and in person with a warm and friendly demeanor.  
• Confirm appointments.
• Hygiene schedule and wait list management, including daily reactivation calls to be sure schedule is always full.
• Patient appointment follow ups, facilitate patient health history and personal information 
• Post and check out patients, including signing consent forms and payment for services. Post insurance and payments sent in the mail. Prepare bank deposits.
• Verifying the patient’s dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Scheduling to meet production goals, daily monitoring of goals for dentists and hygienists.
• Electronically submit insurance claims with appropriate narratives, photos, perio reports and xrays. Read clearinghouse reports to monitor claim submission failures or warnings.
• Assist in coordination of payment arrangements, collecting past due accounts.
• Monitoring insurance aging weekly, and trace insurance claims over 60 days.
