LIS/LTS Manager - Lab Services - Life Sciences

About the Role:

As a CBRE LIS/LTS Manager,you will managea team responsible for performing daily lab solutions at one of our largest pharmaceutical client sites, ensuring that services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and timely manner.

This job ispart of the Critical and Technical Services job function, responsible fortechnical maintenance services in critical client environments.

What You'll Do:

• Provideformalsupervisiontoemployees.Monitorthetraininganddevelopmentofsta?.Conduct performance evaluations andcoaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

• Coordinateandmanagetheteam'sdailyactivities.Establishworkschedules,assigntasks,andcross-train sta?.

• Setand track sta? and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

• Ensureallprogramsandproceduresofthesta?arebeingproperlyperformed.

• Supportthedevelopmentandadministrationofthedepartmentbudget.Reviewallexpendituresfor tools,equipment,supplies,materials,andadditionalcontractrequirementsandsubmitforapproval.

• ReviewandupdateLISandLTSequipment,maintenance,andcalibrationprocedures.

• Track, evaluate,andreportperformanceonquality,safety,cost, andcustomersatisfaction.

• Managecontractorspecificationsproblems,performance,andadministration.

• Conduct?nancialanalysisincludingthepreparationofreports.

• Orderandtrackinventoryofsparepartsandconsumables.

• Applyin-depthknowledgeofstandardprinciplesandtechniques/procedurestoaccomplishcomplex assignments and provide innovativesolutions.

• Coachothersandsharein-depthknowledgeofownjobdisciplineandbroadknowledgeofseveraljob disciplines within the function.

• LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.Worktobuild consensus and convince others toreach an agreement.

• Impactarangeofcustomer,operational,project, orserviceactivitieswithinownteamandrelated teams.

• Workwithinbroadguidelinesandpolicies.

• Explaindi?cultorsensitiveinformation.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor'sDegreepreferredwith3-5yearsofrelevantexperience.Inlieuofadegree,acombinationof experience and education will beconsidered.

• Experienceintheareasofsta?ng,selection,training,development,coaching,mentoring,measuring,appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
