Financial Systems Analyst (FSA)Epsilon is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (FSA) to join the Financial Systems team. As an FSA, you will be responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The SFSA will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with teammates, users, and the greater finance/IT organization with our sales compensation tool, Xactly.What You'll AchieveAct as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system (including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance).Be responsible for configuration (build), testing and implementation of SC plans in Xactly Incent including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the Sales Compensation team.Configure/implement new sales compensation plans including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing components).Work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA's).Maintain and act as an ambassador for the Financial Systems team to proactively ensure maximum utilization of technology.Develop and coordinate training of Sales Compensation Team administrators and provide administration users with continued training and guidance on system use and best practices through system documentation and communications.Who You AreWhat you'll bring with you:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration or developmentExperience with commission toolsAdvanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling (for validation of configuration)General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and usesStrong attention to detail and communication skillsWhy you might stand out from other talent:Sales Compensation, Financial reporting or project management experienceAdditional experience with other enterprise analytical systemsProficiency in problem solvingExperience with Xactly IncentWhen You Join Us, We'll Create Something EPIC TogetherEpsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
