What You'll Do as a Continuum Caregiver

As a Continuum Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect

• Assisting with daily routines, mobility, transfers, and safety

• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Monitoring client well-being and communicating with the care team

• Delivering reliable, professional care tailored to each client's needs
