We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business. Responsibilities: Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals. Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring. Experience with Workday ATS is preferred. Skills and Competencies Exceptional communication and relationship-building across all levels. Strong organizational and systems navigation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. High integrity, adaptability, and ownership.
