Position Overview

As an Office Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll assist with customer inquiries, help maintain client relationships, support agency operations, and identify opportunities to connect customers with products and services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service

Assist customers with questions, requests, and policy-related inquiries

Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documentation, and service needs

Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communications

Educate customers on available products and services based on their individual needs

Support lead generation and customer outreach efforts

Maintain accurate customer records and office documentation

Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support agency success
