Intapp Applications Engineer

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is a multidisciplinary, integrated national professional services firm. We are seeking an experienced Intapp Applications Engineer to serve as the firm’s primary technical owner for its risk and compliance technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Ownership: Serve as IT owner and subject matter expert for the full Intapp suite; administer day‑to‑day platform operations, manage upgrades, maintain documentation, and oversee integration health. Engineering & Configuration: Design, build, and maintain workflows, forms, datasets, and rules; develop integration pipelines and SQL queries; manage Intapp Workspaces and support operational reporting. Cloud Migration & Strategic Roadmap: Lead the migration from on‑premise Intapp to the Intapp cloud platform; evaluate new platform capabilities, AI features, and third‑party integrations; maintain a multi‑year roadmap. Stakeholder Partnership & Delivery: Partner with Conflicts, Intake, Risk Management, and Legal Operations leadership to analyze processes, translate requirements, deliver recommendations, support training, and collaborate with IT Security and ITSM functions. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in enterprise application administration and engineering, 3+ years hands‑on administration of Intapp Conflicts, Walls, Terms, or Intapp Open. Intapp Integration Builder or comparable platform experience; preferred experience with Intapp Workspaces and cloud/SaaS migrations. Technical Skills: Intapp configuration tools, SQL Server and reporting, integration patterns, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, information security principles, SDLC methodologies, and familiarity with AI/GenAI in legal technology. Professional Competencies: Strong communication, organization, self‑direction, and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience at an AmLaw 100/200 firm, Intapp Certified Professional certification, familiarity with Elite 3E, iManage, New Business Intake, or Conflicts of Interest processes, and exposure to legal technology AI tools. Compensation & Benefits The base annual pay range for this role is between $140,000 and $170,000, with variable adjustments based on skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
