Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Unarmed Country Club in Boca Raton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a residential club community, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests. This driving post offers the opportunity to use communication and technology skills while working with a reliable, caring team that acts with integrity.

- Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with community policies, documenting observations and completing required incident reports.
- Communicate professionally with property staff, residents, guests, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is required.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
