Recreation Leader (Part-Time Evenings & Weekends)

16-20 Hours/Week | Flexible, Fun, and Meaningful Work!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone seeking part-time evening and/or weekend hours while making a real impact in people's lives.

What You'll Do

Plan and lead creative, engaging activities based on individual interests
Support community outings, events, and social experiences
Encourage participation in arts, fitness, music, and life-enrichment programs
Promote independence, confidence, and self-expression
Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with person-centered goals
Maintain basic documentation and activity tracking

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in recreation, human services, or a related field preferred
Energetic, creative, and engaging personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (16-20 hours per week)
Valid driver's license required.
