This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time connecting with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare organizations, government offices, and community groups to introduce them to Chick-fil-A catering. Through relationship building, networking, sampling events, and exceptional service, you'll help grow one of our most exciting business opportunities.

• $60,000–$70,000 annually , based on experience

What You'll Do

• Develop new catering business through proactive sales calls, networking, and community outreach
• Build lasting relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations
• Conduct product sampling and promotional events to generate new catering customers
• Deliver and professionally set up catering orders while creating exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to execute growth strategies and achieve sales goals
• Assist with catering preparation, packaging, and delivery operations
• Strengthen Chick-fil-A's presence and reputation throughout the Jefferson City community
• Track sales activity, analyze results, and continuously improve outreach efforts

What We're Looking For

• Has a proven track record of success in sales, business development, catering, hospitality, or customer relationship management
• Enjoys meeting new people and confidently initiating conversations
• Is highly motivated by goals and measurable results
• Builds trust quickly and develops lasting professional relationships
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Presents themselves professionally in every interaction
• Works independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Thinks like an owner and takes initiative
• Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably perform catering deliveries and setup
• Food service or hospitality experience is preferred
