Audit Manager

JCW is currently partnered with a well-established CPA firm looking to bring an Audit Manager into their growing group. The team is looking for an effective communicator who works well with minimal supervision, is deadline-driven, takes ownership of their work, and can confidently lead and coordinate client engagements. This person will also play a key role in mentoring staff and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture. This role is primarily on-site in the firm's Indianapolis, IN office. Responsibilities Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior associates on engagements Review workpapers and financial statements prepared by engagement staff Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to firm growth initiatives Education & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university CPA required 5–8 years of public accounting experience required Prior supervisory or engagement leadership experience Strong adherence to professional standards and firm policies Haley Rizzo specializes in partnering with audit and finance professionals at leading organizations nationwide.
