Job Title: Post Market Quality Technician

Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720

Pay rate: $32/hr on W2.

Position Overreview:

• We are seeking a Post Market Quality Technician to support post-market investigations of FDA-approved medical devices.
• This hands-on quality role involves product testing, failure analysis, quality documentation, data trending, and supporting compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 requirements.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline
• 2+ years of quality experience preferred
• Medical device, regulated industry, or lab environment experience preferred
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and technical documentation
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product testing and failure analysis
• Maintain quality records (CAPA, NCR, audits, training)
• Review quality and manufacturing documentation
• Track and trend quality data
• Support FDA and ISO inspections
• Investigate and troubleshoot product failure modes

This position requires working on-site in an office, plant, and laboratory environment.
