What you'll do: Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions. Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, automating processes, and enhancing system reliability and performance. Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to maintain resilient, observable, and high-quality software delivery. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to foster innovation and engineering excellence. Make informed architectural decisions balancing long-term business goals and technical trade-offs. Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and customer-focused execution. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration. Proven technical leadership in executing system-level architecture and driving operational excellence. Strong proficiency in reliability engineering, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices. Expertise in problem solving, innovation, and optimizing system performance and scalability. Ability to mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
