Partner Marketing Manager

Owning the strategy and execution of through-partner marketing campaigns, the full-time remote Senior Partner Marketing Manager will translate corporate demand-generation priorities into partner-ready initiatives while managing the TCMA platform and collaborating with regional teams to drive measurable pipeline growth. Key responsibilities Design and execute through-partner marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate demand-generation priorities Define and manage the global partner marketing program strategy, including a consistent campaign calendar across regions Lead the implementation and administration of the TCMA platform, optimizing the partner experience for adoption and engagement Required qualifications Proven success in partner, channel, or field marketing within B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS Experience implementing or managing a TCMA or through-channel marketing automation platform Strong understanding of global partner program delivery and campaign execution across multiple regions Excellent project and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed, global organization Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
