Responsibilities As the Warehouse Associate, you will accurately and safely receive and store materials, as well as pull and pack orders for pickup and delivery. You will have a focus on increasing operational efficiencies and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. These responsibilities include: Accurately receive, store, pull, and pack orders for delivery or pickup. Maintain order status and follow special instructions. Process returns and log shipments into inventory. Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies. Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, associates, and customers. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, and safe. Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks. Occasionally backup delivery driver. Qualifications We are seeking an adaptable Warehouse Associate to join our team. To be successful you will have: Prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred. Operate forklifts in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Basic computer/keyboarding skills. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials (up to 100 lbs). Ability to stand/walk for the duration of work hours in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate. Ability to work independently.
