Akkodis is seeking a Senior Real Estate Representative for 24-month contract with a client in Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181– Hybrid Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181– Hybrid (3 days onsite/week) Contract: 24 months Contract Pay Rate : $55/hr. - $60/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors) Job Summary The Senior Real Estate Representative will support MACRO Team by reviewing and processing wireless telecommunications collocation requests from external wireless carriers seeking to attach telecommunications equipment to transmission assets. The role will serve as a key liaison between wireless carriers and internal engineering, operations, and other stakeholder groups to facilitate the review and approval process. Key Responsibilities Review and process wireless telecommunications collocation requests submitted by external wireless carriers. Review requests for completeness and coordinate with the transmission engineering team to facilitate approvals. Serve as the primary liaison between wireless carriers and various internal departments and stakeholders. Coordinate multiple collocation requests simultaneously while maintaining consistent follow-up and timely communication. Support the approval process for wireless carriers seeking to attach telecommunications equipment to transmission structures. Analyze submitted information, identify missing requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation. Maintain project trackers, status reports, documentation, and records related to collocation requests. Build and maintain strong working relationships with wireless carriers, engineering teams, utility operations, and other internal stakeholders. Apply knowledge of wireless telecom collocation processes, utility operations, engineering projects, and/or telecom real estate rights to support assigned work. Top Required Skills Wireless Telecommunications / Real Estate Experience – Experience within the wireless telecom industry, real estate, permitting, utility, or related environments. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management – Ability to coordinate multiple projects/requests while managing relationships with carriers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. Analytical & Database Management Skills – Ability to analyze information, identify missing requirements, maintain accurate data, and manage project trackers and status reports. Required Qualifications 1–5 years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor's degree or significant related professional work experience. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze information and identify missing requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain business relationships. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience maintaining project trackers and status reports. Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities simultaneously. Technical Skills Alden One or similar workflow systems. SharePoint. Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
