Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery Unit at a community hospital affiliated with a renowned academic institution. Responsibilities include: coordinating patient care, providing evidence-based nursing practices, guiding team members, ensuring safety and quality standards, supporting clinical improvements, and managing resources responsibly. Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing (required), Bachelor's preferred; RN license; CPR certification; minimum six months nursing experience. Shift & Hours: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, weekly hours totaling 36. Unit specifics: 18 labor beds, 8 triage beds, 3 ORs, working within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
