Job Summary Phoenix Lake Lanier of Gainesville is seeking Med Techs (Certified Medication Aides) to join our team. The role involves monitoring resident health and providing care, medication administration, coordinating with support services, and ensuring clinical quality. Shift Details Mon‑Fri; every other weekend 3 p‑11 p, 11 p‑7 p Responsibilities Monitor residents’ health and well‑being. Assist with medication administration and care, including documentation. Communicate with resident support services and families. Maintain clinical quality assurance and support holistic wellness. Identify ongoing resident needs via the Personalized Service Plan (PSP). Ensure proper documentation for changes in clinical care needs. Support the Wellness Nurse with the clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP. Inform the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director of medication or service level changes impacting tier or potential move‑out. Obtain weights and vital signs monthly before wellness visits. Provide resident care as needed. Qualifications Certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements. Minimum one year experience working with elders or disabled individuals (preferred). Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Knowledge/experience in assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing (preferred). Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours during peak service delivery times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
