Co-Medical Director (DVM) | Rowland Veterinary Services | Eastern Tennessee
Leadership Opportunity | Four-Day Work Week | No Weekends, On-Call, or Emergency Hours Rowland Veterinary Services is seeking a Co-Medical Director to join our collaborative, multi-doctor veterinary team in beautiful Eastern Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys mentorship, leadership, and practicing high-quality medicine while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance. We‘re looking for a personable and motivated DVM with 3+ years of clinical experience who is passionate about patient care, team development, and helping shape the future of a thriving community-focused practice. The Opportunity As Co-Medical Director, you‘ll have the opportunity to:- Provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active caseload
- Mentor and support fellow veterinarians and support staff
- Collaborate on medical protocols, patient care standards, and hospital initiatives
- Promote a culture of teamwork, learning, and accountability
- Help drive hospital growth while preserving the compassionate care our clients value
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on veterinary medicine
- 4 day schedule
- No weekends
- No on-call responsibilities

- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Tennessee

- Competitive base salary ($120,000-$155,000)
