NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC ("PARC"), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing ("NASCAR"), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family-oriented entertainment. Job Purpose: Provide a high-quality dining experience by preparing food safely and efficiently, supporting kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while following all food safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Park-Wide Related Duties:

• Maintain a professional and team-focused demeanor while interacting with team members
• Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of service flow and kitchen needs
• Communicate operational or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Department-Specific Duties:

• Prepare food in accordance with recipes, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements
• Cook food to order, plate meals accurately, and ensure quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas
• Restock food, ingredients, and supplies to support daily operations
• Assist team members with food preparation and service needs as required
• Respond to quality or safety concerns related to food preparation
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure kitchen readiness
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized kitchen environment

Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications

• Required Education None required
• Preferred Experience Food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
• Specific Vision Requirements Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Specific Hearing Requirements Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and operational sounds, including kitchen equipment, timers, team communication, and safety alerts, in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Special Skills Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Stand for extended periods, walk, and move throughout kitchen and prep areas
