Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy. Supervise care and treatments, and lead patient assessments. Create personalized care plans and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient progress and milestones as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification.
