RN/LPN PRN Nights/Days

POSITION SUMMARY:

RN/LPN is responsible for providing care to clients including but not limited to administering medication, taking vitals, and assessing medical needs. Essential Duties: Assist with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessments. Administer medications and treatments as per provider protocol. Assist with client admissions and discharges. Record client observations and report to the medical team as needed. Compassionately interact with the client population to encourage engagement in treatment. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Attend staff trainings and meetings as required by the employer. Communicate with the pharmacy as needed. Complete client nursing admissions, including intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, and GeneSight swabbing. Follow all policies and procedures regarding client information protection, including alcohol‑drug client confidentiality and HIPAA. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Current unrestricted licensure in TN (as required by facility) as an RN or LPN. Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and in written form. Ability to work with chemically dependent and psychiatric patients in a non‑judgmental, compassionate manner. Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff and referral sources. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from a variety of data, dealing with abstract and concrete variables. Experience working with people in recovery and/or mental health treatment is a plus.
