Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care  

• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education  

• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes  

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy 

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York

Compensation: $87,000- $110,000+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
