Key Responsibilities\nAs an LCSW at Friendly Care P.C., you will undertake the following responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to accurately determine clients' presenting issues, family backgrounds, and treatment goals. \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy. \n
- Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as necessary. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions that promote healing, resilience, and emotional growth, ensuring a safe space for honest dialogue. \n
- Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements of practice. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training and workshops, and staying informed of the latest best practices in mental health treatment. \n
- Build and sustain strong therapeutic alliances with clients, focusing on trust and collaboration. \n
- Provide practical guidance and coping strategies to assist clients in navigating daily challenges and life transitions. \n
Your primary focus will include working with students and their families within a school setting, addressing diverse issues from behavioral challenges to emotional support. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
