Program DirectorPlans, organizes, and directs the activities of complex program elements on behalf of Systems of Care (SOC) or the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assures compliance with contractual agencies or legal requirements of programWorks as liaison with community agencies and referral sources, representing Red Rock BHS and initiating strong cooperative linkage with possible resources; serves on outside committees when feasibleMaintains safe environment for clients and co-workers by constant follow-up and communication with all agencies involved with treatment or service to clientAttends community and special disposition meetings as requiredMaintains a positive working relationship with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS)Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatmentAttends staff meetings, workshops, and seminars to learn agency policy, rules, regulations, and procedures; participates in on-going in-service training as well as pertinent external trainingActs as role model in interpersonal relationships with staff and/or clientsAssists in the development and implementation of programmatic goals and objectiveSupports and assists with the facilitation of Care Plans for consumers within the Red Rock Health TeamFor SOC:Supervises staff, makes recommendations concerning pay increases, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, hiring and firing; defines workloads with attention given to setting priorities and monitoring progressOversees, manages, and maintains a balanced budget for the Red Rock BHS site, in connection with the Director of Youth Health Team/SOCMonitors ongoing program development by assessing clients' needs and referral sources; evaluates program effectiveness, reviewing statistical data, caseloads, and staff performanceCompletes and assures completion by staff of all necessary paperwork, progress notes, special reports, and statistical data; meets quality management requirementsPerforms other duties as requiredFor CCBHC:Ensures ongoing needs assessments are being completedAssists sites in making program changes based on stakeholder inputWorks in collaboration with consumers/family members, staff, stakeholders and the communityMonitors sites to ensure they are meeting state and federal requirements for the CCBHC grantMonitors all Designated Collaborating Organizations to ensure that they are meeting all state and federal requirements of the CCBHC grantMonitors the activity of Care Coordination to ensure that state and federal requirements of the CCBHC are being metCollaborates with state and national planning teamsAttends all required trainings and technical assistance events and meetingsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least one year experience in the Mental Health fieldExperience working with community resourcesExcellent verbal written communication skillsExperience working with low income and minority clients with understanding of cultural diversityMust complete all in-service training requirements as well as special certification, or external trainingDriver's License, transportation with current insurance verification and ability to travel extensively throughout covered areaMust work a flexible scheduleCommitment to the mission of Red Rock BHSTwo years of direct experience in Mental Health field preferredOne year of direct experience in Systems of Care preferredBehavioral Health Case Management Certification preferredODMHSAS Wrap 101 Training preferredOne year of supervisory experience preferredPhysical Requirements:Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of timeMust have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 poundsAbility to travel approximately 10% of the timeAbility to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printerHow We Take Care Of You!We pay a generous portion of your Health InsuranceLow-cost Dental and Vision InsuranceRetirement Plan with employer contributions equal to 5% of annual salaryStudent Loan Repayment OptionsNo Cost Employee Assistance Plan3 Weeks Paid Time-Off (increases annually between years 2-10)9 Paid Holidays1 Floating Holiday to use at your discretion.4 Rest and Relaxation Days3 days of Education Leave4 hours of Volunteer LeaveEligible for Pay Increases and Bonuses AnnuallyEmployer Paid Long-Term Disability and Life InsuranceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesRed Rock Behavioral Health Services does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, marital/familial status, sexual orientation, or disability.
