Head Coach: Women's Diving (HEAD COACH 5)

Job Summary Under the general direction of the Head Women's Swim Coach responsible for all aspects of an NCAA Division I women's diving program including student recruitment, scheduling, team travel, practice planning, budget management, and administration of the women's diving program in full compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations. Minimum Qualifications No Minimum Education required. Collegiate coaching experience in the sport of women's diving. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, and the rules and strategies of women's diving, including teaching techniques, coaching strategies and safety measures necessary for UC Davis student‑athletes to compete at the collegiate level. Preferred Qualifications Organizational and administrative efficiency in implementing sports programs: event management, budgetary procedures, facility maintenance, public relations activities, and understanding of academic eligibility policies for UC Davis student athletes (UC Davis, conference and NCAA procedures).
