Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Ranson, WV. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to document care accurately in Raintree EMR or willingness to learn the system.
• Willingness to maintain a caseload of approximately 50–60 visits per week (typical expectation ~50–55 visits; 10–15 patients per day for PTs).
• Accepts new graduates.
• Agreement to a two-year employment commitment or acceptance of a pro-rated placement fee repayment clause as stated in the offer letter.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork within a culture of clinical learning and peer support.

Role:

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with AI-driven tools to streamline documentation and reduce administrative time.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
• Performance-based compensation structure with opportunities for incentive earnings based on productivity and outcomes.

Compensation & Productivity Notes:

• Typical PT daily patient volume: 10–15 patients per day, with 50–60 visits per week expected.
• Performance incentives available for clinicians who exceed base productivity expectations.
• Salary ranges and targets are tied to productivity and performance incentives.
