Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed medical/surgical oncology unit
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments per unit protocols
• Administer blood products safely and in accordance with facility standards
• Float to other units as required
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN licensure required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Chemo/biotherapy certification required within one year of placement
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology nursing background strongly preferred
• Prior experience with chemotherapy administration
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
