We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alicia Rogers - State Farm Agent. As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and sell insurance policies to potential clients. You will be expected to build relationships, analyze clients' needs, provide expert advice, and offer suitable insurance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through online inquiries, referrals, networking, and digital marketing.
• Meet with customers in person or virtually to review and update their profiles, identify changing needs, and recommend appropriate products.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance requirements and goals.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options to help them make informed decisions.
• Customize insurance solutions to meet customers' needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate information about policy coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions.
• Calculate premiums and provide insurance quotes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Collaborate with underwriters to evaluate risks and determine appropriate coverage.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
• Prepare and submit required documentation, including applications, forms, and reports.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals to maximize conversion and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member or similar role.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Detail oriented
• Current P&C license required or be willing to obtain
• Current Life & Health licenses or be willing to obtain
• Current Series 6 & 65 or be willing to obtain
