Business Associate - No Experience Required (Las Vegas) | $75,000-$110,000 (Las Vegas)

If you have handled a busy Saturday shift in retail, managed a full section during a dinner rush, or helped a frustrated customer find exactly what they needed, you already practice the communication skills this role depends on.

We are hiring a Business Associate in Las Vegas to support client relationships, coordinate appointments, and help families understand their benefit options. Your background in hospitality, retail, food service, or any people-facing role translates directly into the work you will do here.

What you will do each day:

• Reach out to clients by phone and in person to schedule and confirm appointments
• Prepare materials and follow up after meetings so nothing falls through the cracks
• Track client information accurately and keep records organized
• Answer questions, listen to concerns, and connect clients with the right resources
• Support your team during busy periods and contribute to shared goals

Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.

What we provide:

• Structured training from day one, no insurance or sales background needed
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• A team environment where experienced colleagues help you learn

No degree required. If you are reliable, a clear communicator, and comfortable talking with people, apply today.
